These terms cover every order placed with our store. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders
Every order is confirmed by email with an order number and a private link you can use to track it. Orders are fulfilled once payment is confirmed.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is handled securely by PayPal; we never store your payment credentials.
Shipping
Deerseeker Archery ships worldwide using standard methods through UPS or FedEx, and shipping is completely free, including door-to-door service. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Returns
30-day no-questions returns. Return an item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Warranty
All bow products carry a one-year free warranty. If a quality issue occurs — delamination, a twisted bow, or similar — Deerseeker Archery provides a new replacement.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
The store may not be used for fraudulent orders or abusive behaviour. We may cancel orders that breach these terms and refund any payment taken.
